Many women suffer from their pear shaped body rather than increased appetite and lack of workout.
Lower body obesity tends to gain weight easily in short term but this can be the most stubborn type of weight to lose.

Your calves are bulging out even if your body is slim? Are there any parts that annoy you as much as bulging calves?
If your calves are developed, then it is good to relax the tired legs with a light massage just before bedtime.
It is also effective to stretch using a step or high object. Lower the heel off the step dropping down until a stretch is felt.
There is a simple way to stretch your calves at home. Sit on the floor and fold your right leg in and put on your left thigh and then bend your upper body toward your toe.
Press your chest to touch your legs and extend your arms up and reach forward to hold left foot with both hands. Stay in this pose for 10 seconds and sit up.
Repeat of the other side then you can get thinner calves.




How to lose weight in hips
A wide hip as well as droopy butt is the main reason of ruining your outfit.
The hip that takes up a considerable part in making S-line body shape should be well shaped.
When you walk, sit or stand, giving tension on your hip helps to increase elasticity of buttock.
If you stand for a long time, strength on your hip while lifting your heel slightly. When you are sitting, sit up straight and push your hips as far back as they can go in the chair.
Above all, don’t forget that sitting down immediately after working out or sitting in one place for long time is the main cause of sagging butt.
